  It's been almost 20 years since I visited an IHOP. This restaurant exceeded my expectations for the quality and quantity of food. The severs were courteous and friendly. The service was not perfect but typical for a sit-down restaurant.

  The food is exceptionally good, always well prepared; nice and warm. The service is amazing, everyone is always so sweet and persistent with their work. Best of all, the waitress Maryann. She does a phenomenal job and is a phenomenal woman and we love what she does.
