  Extremely irritated with Liberty Medical, this office and Coal City as well. I have been dealing with recurring ear infections for MONTHS now. Every time you try to contact the offices when you are in pain and need antibiotics or pain meds they either do not answer the phone or you get the answering service who never seem to know where the Dr. is working at that time. When messages are left for the Dr. it literally takes days for them to respond. First ear infection, I saw the nurse practitioner who took care of the matter and let me know that if it continued she would send me to a ETN specialists. When infection came back, I as I said had problems getting through and had to actually drive to the office to actually speak with someone and make appt. , saw Dr., more antibiotics, no ETN. Meds did not take care of infection, had to return 2 more times within next 2-3 weeks, more antibiotics, no ETN. Finally after 4th antibiotic it finally went away. Short lived though. Infection is returning, called office again. SURPRISE!!!! No Doctor....on vacation. Think it is definitely time to switch doctors. I would NOT recommend this office to anyone!!!!!
