  They changed hands again to GreaseMonkey, and the experience was HORRIBLE. Specifically said I wanted Synthetic Blend on their description card. During checkout, they said "Conventional". There is a big difference between Blend and standard Conventional oil and no one at the shop understood. I do not recommend going back to this shop. The name is Mobile 1, then it's Just Lube It, everyone inside says it's GreaseMonkey - you never know what you'll get in this place. The oil change and service took twice as long, and the poor staff was trying there best, but they are not trained. If they are trained they are trained to a script, and not to customer satisfaction.
