  Place is a joke. They never answer the phone. I went there and sat for thirty minutes only to be told that they did not have the Sim card I needed. As I sat and waited they never attempted to answer the phone calls. I drove to this store 15 miles after I worked 12 hrs. To be treated very rudely by a store associate by the name of Jordan. I don't think a good way of keeping customers is to treat customers who wait patiently like this. I found the store off Jefferson in Joliet or Weber to be more helpful as they at least answer their phone! Go here if you like wasting time.

  Unprofessional, staff needs customer service training. Tony needs training, unhelpful, comments such as yes your phone is broke, when asked about purchasing a new phone....walked us over to view phones and could not answer what the features of a model were. Unfortunate that this store has poor quality of staff, truly reflects on management and gives AT&T a bad name.
