  520$ for replacing a brand new leveling Valve. I told them to check the rod of the valve , because Valve was brand new, but pretty sure the rubber around the rod was old. They marked valve leaking. When the rod is disconnected and all the way down or you wiggle it it will leak. So even with all that if still wrong, how do you add up 520$ for changing a valve that takes 30 min-1 hr. R and R Leveling valve Labor only, and labor 1 hr at the bottom.
